Classic Convective Barncam Movie
If you can stand a 9mb download (about 5mins on 256kb broadband) here is a link to a brilliant day captured by the Barncam. Some explosive convection off the North Sea. Frequent, fast moving and occasionally heavy snow and hail showers.

Excellent Cb
No sooner do I get the cam back online, it captures this excellent image of a North Sea Cumulonimbus. Norwich was reporting a heavy hail and snow shower at the time.
Barncam online
I have put the Barncam back online. I will still need it for ongoing tape dumping duties, but I'll try and do this during the evenings.
Enjoy the snow (now melting) and the cloudscapes (North Sea CB's) :)

Barncam Offline
I've had to claim the camera I use for the Barncam for a few days in order to do some captures of old family movies onto DVD. As soon as I'm done, the faithful JVC GRS707 can go back into retirement as the Barncam.
